Unbound Within provides therapy services subject to these terms. Specific details of services will be discussed during your initial consultation.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

• Booking requires online request.

• Cancellations require 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a donation fee.

3. Fees and Payment:

• Fees for services are donations based – be discussed during the first session.

• Donation methods are via PayPal or Visa/MasterCard/American Express/in Person.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, attending sessions on time, actively participating in therapy.

• Being honest, open and willing to share your concerns.

• Paying the agreed fees in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality:

Information shared during therapy is confidential, subject to the limitations outlined in our Confidentiality Agreement.

6. Disclaimer:

Therapy is not a substitute for medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Unbound Within or Gabriela With be held liable for any damages or injury caused in whole or in part, whether direct, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages connected to conversations with us. Unbound Within is not liable for any loss, damages, or injury resulting from your use of our service.

III. Confidentiality Agreement for Unbound Within

This Confidentiality Agreement outlines the confidential nature of the therapeutic relationship between you (the "Client") and Unbound Within (the "Therapist").

1. Confidentiality:

All information shared during therapy sessions, including personal information, health information, and session content, is strictly confidential.

2. Exceptions to Confidentiality:

Confidentiality may be breached in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If legally mandated to report child abuse, harm to self or others.

• Client's Waiver: If the client provides written consent to disclose information.

• Supervision: The Therapist may discuss cases with a supervisor for professional development. Identifying information will be protected.

3. Client Rights:

You have the right to access and request corrections to your records.

4. Therapist Responsibilities:

The Therapist is committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.

5. Record Keeping:

Unbound Within maintains written records of therapy sessions (discuss beforehand if you don’t want that). These records are kept secure and confidential and will be destroyed after ending therapy.

6. Electronic Communication:

For secure and confidential online therapy sessions, we utilize a telehealth platform – Google Meet - that complies with privacy regulations. Information shared through this platform is encrypted and protected. Please be aware that while we take measures to ensure the security of this platform, no online communication method is entirely risk-free. Text messaging may be used for brief, non-therapeutic communication, such as confirming appointments. Please do not use text messaging to discuss therapeutic issues or share sensitive information. Text messages are not considered a secure form of communication, and their confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
