Gabriela With is a trauma-informed creative specialist and the founder of Unbound Within — a healing ministry dedicated to accompanying individuals through trauma, shame and abuse. She brings this work not just from training and certifications, but from lived experience.
Having navigated narcissistic abuse, adoption trauma and life in war zones across 15 years of travel and ministry, Gabriela knows what it means to descend into the basement of shame — to believe you are the mistake. And she knows what it means to find a way out.
Her books are the stories of that journey — and the foundation of everything she brings to her clients. Her work is offered as spiritual and pastoral support and creative facilitation, rooted in faith and deep human connection.
